I'm a React and TypeScript engineer first. Over 9+ years I've built and maintained large frontend and full-stack applications: Redux and Redux-Saga state, REST and GraphQL integrations, performance work, testing, CI/CD and refactoring. My AI work is hands-on and project-driven, and I don't present myself as an ML researcher.

  Owned frontend delivery (React, TypeScript, Redux) for a K-12 cybersecurity and student-safety SaaS used by US school districts. Built a Claude API workflow with prompt engineering and structured outputs that flags student-safety signals for human review, built reusable dashboard components (alert lists, risk filters, policy settings), optimised data-heavy views, integrated REST APIs, and added Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD.

Migrated legacy class components to Hooks and optimised rendering, replaced several third-party libraries with native implementations, managed async workflows with Redux-Saga, wrote unit tests with Jest and Enzyme, resolved production issues and reviewed pull requests in Agile sprints.
